How Alnora Gold governs Islamic contracts, digital signing, salary-deduction documentation, secure delivery, and specie takaful protection.
Akad & E-SPGA
Islamic contract framework and electronic gold purchase agreement
Every eligible gold purchase under Alnora Gold is executed through a clear akad (contractual offer and acceptance) consistent with Shariah principles — typically structured as a Murabahah (cost-plus) sale between the supplier and the client.
The E-SPGA (Electronic Specie / Purchase Gold Agreement) records the essential terms digitally: asset description, quantity / purity, agreed price, payment schedule, ownership transfer, and delivery conditions. Clients receive a reference copy after the akad is completed.
- Offer and acceptance captured with timestamp and party identity
- Clear asset specification (weight, purity, product reference)
- Audit-ready agreement archive linked to the client application
Digital Murabahah Signature
Secure electronic signing of Murabahah sale documents
Eligible clients execute the Murabahah documents through a controlled digital signature flow. Signing confirms awareness of cost price, profit margin disclosure (where applicable), instalment / salary-deduction terms, and the binding nature of the akad.
- Identity-verified signer after account and eligibility checks
- Immutable signature log (who, when, which document version)
- Downloadable signed Murabahah pack for client and admin records
Digital signature does not replace KYC / eligibility verification. Application approval and document checks must be completed before akad signing is enabled.
Borang BPA 1/79 Generation
ANGKASA salary-deduction authorisation (BPA 1/79)
Where repayment is via payroll deduction, Alnora Gold supports generation and collection of Borang BPA 1/79 — the ANGKASA salary-deduction authorisation form — for submission to the client’s Head of Department / Employer for signature and official stamp.
Incomplete or unverified BPA documents may delay fulfilment even after eligibility is otherwise approved.
- Form populated from verified application profile data where available
- Client uploads the signed & stamped copy into the confidential document store
- Admin verification before deduction instructions are treated as complete
Logistic Fulfilment
Secure chain of custody from vault to client hand-over
Physical gold fulfilment follows a controlled logistics process after akad completion and any required payment / deduction setup. Agents coordinate pick-up, courier, or counter collection according to the product terms.
- Fulfilment only after eligibility approval and completed contractual steps
- Product matching to gallery SKU / bar or coin reference at dispatch
- Delivery proof and hand-over acknowledgement retained for audit
- Exception handling for damaged packaging, failed delivery, or identity mismatch at collection
Specie Takaful Cover
Islamic insurance protection for gold in transit and custody
Eligible consignments are placed under specie takaful cover — Shariah-compliant protection for precious metal risk during vault custody, transit, and designated hand-over windows.
- Cover applies within stated transit routes and custody periods
- Claims require documented chain of custody and incident reports
- Client liability after acknowledged receipt follows product / agency terms
Specie takaful terms are underwritten by the appointed takaful operator. Coverage limits, exclusions, and claim procedures are stated in the schedule accompanying each fulfilment.
